Im thinking about taking a break from all the stupid social media crap.
Like reduce internet use in general, stop facebook, stop SPAM, stop being available all the time and everywhere and just spend more time with myself, reading books, go and see some nature instead of watching TV. Things like that. Because i believe that all this "social media" thing is not very healthy and can actually be addicting. I just want to turn off my phone and only turn it back on when i need to call someone. You get what i mean? I dont want to do this for ever but i imagine that this can actually help your mind. Has somebody tried this or do you think it can help or improve inner game?

I totally agree on this.

I deleted my facebook because i think it's kind of useless, why not spend the time in nature?
Hanging out with friends, studying, just to make time for YOURSELF.

I want to do this so bad!!! But sadly I network my business online though social media, which makes it a very risky option for me.

If you can do it, I think it's a great idea.
