Damn, thanks for the replies everyone. (I've been away for a long time and didn't really had the motivation to do anything at all.)

I have a friend who does meditation and he did tons of research on all kind of meditation techniques. He told me a lot about that but as far as i realized is that meditation is based on visualization..
If you want to relax than visualize all your problems , anger in one ballon and visualize you are letting it go and concentrate on that..
Visualization doesn't work for me, sadly. .-.
I'm not sure what does, I think I'm more of a kinesthetic AND in control of my emotions. It feels as if I can only make something happen/change if I fully understand it and that includes manipulating my own emotions and state with that.

buy some books, I'm going to do the same.
I don't buy books. *cough cough*

Haha I was meditating today in a park, in front of a tiny pond... A car drives by asking " Are you taking a shit?" I could see why they yelled that, I was kinda behind some tall grass.
Man that's so PUA-like. xD

My suggestion is to find someone that knows how to help you quiet your mind and achieve your own greater wisdom.
Sadly, I'm an introverted, lonely 18 y.o. boy from a poor and dreadful family and the city doesn't have anything spiritual. The closest I was ever LEAD to meditation was Psychology classes at school and even then they only mentioned it. .-.
Thanks for the suggestion though, will keep this in mind for later in my life.

What's most interesting about meditation to me, personally, is what you do AFTER you've entered the meditative zone. There are infinite possibilities.
I know this state, but it's weird how you can lose these skills so easily sometimes.
Anyways,
I haven't been meditating much anyways. Right now I see it more as a thing that I do when I "feel" it's worth the time. You can't plan free will and even if you could it wouldn't be efficient overally.
