I am embarrassed to admit that I feel a little self-conscious but then go back to what I was doing. I have noticed more people staring at me after noticing my confidence grow...or am I being paranoid? _________________ ~ASmooth

Having said that when you focus shit starts pouring out of your ears then it might be another reason, just look at the people's expressions/ body language... 90% of the time when the look at you they may show some form of submissive behaviour when they look away e.g touching the face, preening, looking towards the ground etc.
Its also normal to feel self conscious, you may want to focus on realising the need of caring what people think of you because as you start to become more confident this will become a more frequent occurrence. _________________ My journal: eyrie-s-journal-to-becoming-the-man-vt148355.html
