Hey guys

All my life I have been depressed. I never grew up with my parents infact I don't know who is my father and my mother died in 2001 and I never knew her really.

I was raised by my granny she was miserable. She would shout Evry single. Day complaining every fucken day. She past away in 2007(heart attack).
My auntie took me in. She was even worse than my granny. She would calls me names every single day. Complain about everything she is a straight full blown bitch and pretty much made me the man that I am today.

I put up this fake smile in public. People around think I'm haPpy. But deep down inside I am fucked every single day I feel like I want to cry. Sometimes I think I'm mentally fucked. Because I can't think straight concentrate anymore.

I can't build proper conversations, I always end talking shit. Most girls don't see me as bf material. I don't have any stories to tell because because I never really do anything amazing

Like right now I feel like shit I'm depressed. Can anyone give me help on what to do?

No one here is qualified to deal with your problems. It's possible your depression is as a result of mental illness rather than your upbringing. In that case a psychiatrist could prescribe medication. But considering you had an unfavourable upbringing, you should start with a psychologist. Good luck bro.

Fuck dude that’s rough. Have you thought about starting a blog? I believe it’s very therapeutic. But you definitely need to see a psychologist. My ex-girlfriend was in a similar position; she finally is seeing someone, I think you should do the same, and try get a hobby of some sort.

dear depressed pua

The biggest thing about depression that most people cannot understand and fathom is that its an emotionaless state. The feeling of nothingness transpires your actual awarness. when good things happen to you they don't seem good enough. when bad things happen they make any progress on improoving urself slip away

A mindset you need to develop to get through depression is then idea that there is good and bad in any situation. Everyone tells you to think positive, but how does one do that if they are fucking sad all the time? I'll tell you how. as soon as you have a depressing thought find something you remember being good that day or last week, or even a year ago and reflect on that moment. When new good moments happen dont just observe them relish in them so the next time ur down u can reflect on something good thats new

a previous post said to make a journal. They are right since your mind has developed to only see the worse in situations keeping a journal to remember the good things that happen will help. you will find that soon your life isnt as shitty as you think it is.

as far as never doing anything, you need to do two things. Every month from now on think of a bad habbit you have, say such as not smiling. And smile for an entire month. you can't help but feel better. depressed people hate people who smile cause it makes them sad lol. be the guy who makes sad people angry because you smile all the time. The second key for each month is focus on something new you either want to do and if you can't think of anything fake one. for instance learn to dance, it gets you out their and working with people while learning a new skill set. join a theater class you may hate it but atleast try it.

We never can really say we hate or like something until we have actually had it or have done it. I would talk with your doctor and describe to him what your feeling when depressed, medication does help

from Neil strauss the game the pua "extramask" or "26" who teaches now had depression and he used to believe that medication was stupid. He found that he needed it and it changed his whole game in life.

The most important thing The pua community has to offer isn't the girls, the social circles, but the idea of self improovement. gradeschool, highschool, and college don't teach you subjects, they teach you how to learn because in life till the day you die you never stop learning.

This is the exact information you need. Go visit a doctor, it may seem daunting to talk to someone about how you feel but visualise where you want to be and see this as a stepping stone.
