My mind is REALLY lazy. It's powerful but lazy. It's like it just wants to turn off (there's a belief it would be painful for me to activate my brain (or body, in the mornings)).
I go around like a zombie trying to avoid any kind of external stimulus or thinking.
I know I might have slight (or medium) ADD, but I sense that there's a NLP or a near cure to that. I need to be rewired.

And no, I don't believe this will be cured by "The brain is a muscle and it needs to be exercised." (it'll make it worse, trust me.)

So what methods and ways would you recommend to rewire my mind to WANT to think and receive external stimulus?
What could be the best sources for external stimulus? (from low to high frequency?)

Oh, yh and how I discovered I had this.
I was waiting for a chorus (my ex was there and I still had oneitis.).
So I walked up to her and got mad at her, thought, fuck people are looking at me and I'm shouting at her. Then suddenly my brain started activating up and I turned into a social beast. I'm not too attractive, I rarely ever have fun with people but I made EVERYONE there laugh, even while (in the chorus) everyone was singing (I AMOGed the guy leading the chorus, lolwrtf.) I was making planes out of my notes and just doing random shit that WAS NOT normal.

My suggestion for you would be to watch movies, read books, participate in discussion, and write something in order to rewire your brain. It might not activate your brain instantly, but try to do those things every day. You'll begin to kick your brain up and running again. It's all about inertia.

Regards,
Jake
