I need your help to Identify as much limiting beliefs I have as you can so I can whipe them out.

One thing I believe is the EFFECT of a liniting belief is that I'm usually breaking my positive pattern when I reach a certain point. I get excited, primed, focused but then sone negative thought happens and I beeak my pattern, and get negative again.

Another serious problem is that I'm almost always alienating people (This one's fat, the other one's stupid, that guy is too loud, that girl's a slut, etc.) I do it unconsciously and I can be charming on the surface but in the long run I get alienating and nervous, which is preventing me to reach out to people.

That has caused a self-defeating cycle that I wish to break with some input from the community.

So whenever you have the time, please help me think this through. :)

I did a dreadful thing to myself that made me go through TONS of depression in the time being. I almost suicided while I swam in this dark mindset.

It's actually just "The philosophy of death.".
It's understanding that NOTHING has ANY meaning. That no beliefs of yours matter. That you're just a puny being with no aim surfing through life. Being guided by your past and nothing else. You don't matter at all. People don't matter at all. Nothing matters. Death doesn't matter. Life doesn't matter. The value of others doesn't matter. Alienating others doesn't fucking matter.

This is an extremelly difficult (there should be an easier way really) but mainly rewardin philosophy. IT'S A TERRIBLE MINDSET TO KEEP. Meditate to that and you'll find yourself more and more careless, depressed and goalless.

You should then start considering what are the values that don't dissapear. Like other people not knowing the shit you know about life and finding a saviour in helping THEM to make YOU feel good about yourself and everything. The thing that you're in such a low state and still doing good and trying the best you can surely raises my everything.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THOUGH. ONLY IF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS OUT OR EXPERIMENT WITH IT.
You need to become really spiritual while thinking of death. What HAS a meaning except yourself and the shallow needs and wants of the human body?

I disagree with this philosophy. We were put here for a reason. Everything you do you do it to survive. Of not you would've killed yourself already. Maybe life had no meaning but while you're still alive you gotta ask yourself "What can I do to make the most of this moment? Surely this form cannot go to waste. Our form is a blessing and it should not go to waste

I know, but by understanding the meaninglessness of the things we dislike we can let them go easier and pick the things we truly want and need in life. It's a tough philosophy. It's like an abyss, dark and painful. It's like a passageway to being saint in your own eyes.

Try looking at why you're doing the alienating, do you enjoy it alot? Try to enjoy it in your mind. Just alienate people in thoughts and look at how it makes you feel about yourself (your self-image). Do you feel good? If not wouldn't you stop such behavior? Maybe it's coming from sort of insecurities then?

What causes your negative beliefs? Do you want them in your life? Do you want anything to be negative in your life? Destroy it. Make it disappear. Poof. Just like that. Why bother? Enjoy the things you do, not the things you aim for. Talk to girls because you like to talk to them, you like the chance of having sex afterwards aswell, you work to increase the chance, you like working to increase the chance. Same everywhere. Why are you doing everything you do? Do you enjoy it? How could you enjoy it? What chances you love in the things you do? Do you love increasing those chances?
