The reason I say this is because I'm one of those guys who studied pickup for 3 years and has done little to nothing about it. My excuses for not going out are very real to me such as going to the mall or any general place where there are women takes about 30 minutes of driving and gas money for me to do. Then I wonder if it's even worth spending that much money a week just to practice pickup. I'm very unsatisfied with my social life and my dating life, I'm 19 and I'd like to think of myself as pretty good looking. I think that drives me even more nuts that I'm living a shit life at one of the best ages to be at. I have no self discipline because I say I want to do something one day and I never go through with it because I go with the way I feel. Anyway I can change this? any advice on how to better myself besides reading even more self help books?

Without self discipline you won't only fail at pick-up, but at life in general. Decide what you want, and do everything that is sane to achieve it. This is the characteristic of a MAN, and a requirement for success in basically everything.

You are most probably still searching yourself, which is not bad, so don't be sad about this. But if you really just sit at home it would be hard to decide.

Ask yourself these questions:

-What am I good at?
-What do I want to do with my life?
-How do the answers to the previous two questions relate with each other(correlate, contradict, or irrelevate)?
-What can I do to achieve my goals?
-What keeps me from achieving them?
-How could I destroy, or get around the things that hold me back?

After you're finished. Act accordingly. If you need to, ask yourself these questions more than once. Trial and error is not only a way to learn pick-up. It's a way to learn life. Repeat procedure until you are happy.
