I remember the time I use to stay up all night playing video games never wanting to sleep. After playing, around 11 - 12 I could fall asleep easily.

It has gotten to the point where I cannot sleep, at all, its terrible and it is making me weak. I go to my bed, around 12, I stay there, wide awake, till 4. Sometimes 5. Even if my body is tired, and I slept two hours the night before, my body just stays awake and I dont sleep.

It got to the point where I was taking Nyquil for two days in a row then I said, I can't do this anymore and stopped. I would never rely on drugs.

But something is wrong with me. I cannot sleep and it is terrible, even typing this I want to punch the screen and I am so frustrated. I feel so tired, weak, but I cannot sleep. When I lay there, I am just aggitated and figity.

Please, Help, me.

Hey dude, this is a question you should ask a doctor; not some people on a forum to teach how to pickup women.

First I would recommend getting a little knowledge of what sleep is, and why you need it.

alternate-sleep-cycles-vt122569.html?hi ... ep+pattern

Read this thread, there's a lot of basics in it that people don't know about sleep.

Everyone is not created equal, we all have little variations where our existense differ from other people. You might not have the need for those 6-8 hours of sleep a night, so maybe you should experiment with different sleep pattern.

I see you don't want to rely on drugs, however I would recommend you a plant that is called Calea Zacatechichi, it's a mexican herb with no side-effect that causes you to enter an almost instant Rapid Eye Movement sleep.

You need to learn to quite your thoughts. You're borderline anxious, that's why you can't sleep. When I say anxious, I mean as in anxiety disorder, panic attacks etc. I've been there. Get a good herbal remedy, really, my biggest mistake was not wanting to rely on "drugs". Get some valeriana drops to get you relaxed. It won't cause side effects, you won't get hooked on it. Meditate. Just focus on your breathing, don't let those thoughts ramble in your mind. I know it's hard and you feel like a mess, but getting some quality sleep will sort out a lot of other stuff too. Are you doing anything physical during your vacations? Like exercise, since you don't have football practice now. You can try another thing, get physically exhausted towards the evening, do some weight lifting in a fasted state or only on a light protein meal, then do a huge carb load in the evening, the sugar should knock you out, just listen to your body, go to bed and quiet the thoughts. Don't torture yourself, let go. Realize, everything is just as it's suppose to be at the moment. Breath deeply and slowly. Think about lying on the beach, just breathing, everything is perfect and calm, warm, the sleep will bring clarity, don't resist it, go with the flow, it's time to rest.

I happen to suffer the same desease.
At nights I cant turn off the voice in my head, and suddenly a lot of negative thoughts come in mind, one after the other.

I can turn into a really hating person when Im trying to sleep.
I wont say I dont sleep, nor that I keep awake till 4 or 5, in my case is usually until 2 or 3, then I sleep until 9 or 10.

This is bothering me, I cant sleep in my bedroom and I also think the good time Im wasting rolling around in my bed, when I could actually be studying or doing something good for my life.

I wont rely on drugs, same as you, perhaps I need to sleep less.

A pattern I also noticed is that, when I go to the gym, even thou my body is tired, and once I reach to sleep I do so for 10 hours; I have an even harder time to fall sleep.

As said above - a lot of it is having an empty mind. Have you got something that is stressing you out? Sometimes even the thought that you can't/won't sleep is enough to stress you out, and in turn you won't sleep!

Personally, I'd turn the computer games off an hour or so before you go to bed. Spend that hour just relaxing, chilling, listen to some music that chills you out, have a hot chocolate or something, just relax.

And a lot of the herbs and stuff above are pretty good as well.
