Ive learned from PUA that ugly people can get girls
But heres the problem: Im dorky, you could say.
This means I have a good looking face yet have bad posture, crappy clothing (i.e. huge shirts, random t-shirts, weird pants), glasses, the way I walk is dorky/exhibits low value, my mannerisms, etc.
To sum it up, one of those skinny asian guys.
I try to be clean shaven, showered, cologne, bought some new clothing, yet I still feel a good deal of that when Im walking around.
I tried contacts but they make me real dizzy sometimes... Even though I just got a new prescription.
And Im outta cash and my fashion sense is not the best even though Ive rid myself of some crappy clothing. I always try to fix posture, remove low value exhibitions and my bad mannerisms.
However, you know at the end of the day, I sometimes still see: skinny, asian, glasses and my confidence drops.
Ive tried multiple ways of making friends in college but I still end up alone a lot which makes me sad and lowers my esteem again.
I do meet people who seem to like me and probably if I went out of my way, I could probably get them to eat lunch with me so I dont eat alone a lot but they are always low-social value friends... which Im trying to get away from......

Gym/working out helps but I dont always have time because of my courseload. Im a good looking guy and I sometimes feel I deserve better yet I dont know what to do

It's always good to have a few friends before you start pursuing girls. Even 3-4 close friends you hang out with everyday is good enough. As long as you're social everyday with anybody, then you should be fine. As for your style and posture, I'm not to good with that yet lol.

Just wear clothes that makes you feel relaxed, accesoirs, skinny jeans(?) good hairstyle..
Ask people what look fits on you and make a choice of the answers they give.

If you like yourself, then others will do the same.

Well at least you aren't ugly lol. Some of your problems can easily be fixed by getting other people's opinions on what looks good or bad on you (just as BadGuyZeky recommended).

Hitting the gym and eating food rich in protein would definitely help fill out that frame of yours and sculpt it into something that chicks dig.

To gain friends (and successfully seduce girls, if you'd like), you're going to have to build your self-esteem. You can do this by identifying your shortcomings (just as you did in your post) and ACCEPTING the ones you can't change.

Accepting and letting go of the things that make you insecure will help you overcome your shyness. Eventually, you'll build self-confidence, and people (both male and female) will respect you for that, which also helps you gain more friends and girlfriends..
