I am new to the forum and thought this would be the best place to post. When I was younger I used to go out to bars and clubs and hook up with women all the time, in many cases I would end up with a few numbers. The reason for my post is because I have lost my game. I was in a long term relationship for 5 years, the relationship went sour after a while and I let myself go. I noticed I wasnt attracting women at all. So I hit the gym started studying some of the PUA's, and have gotten better about attracting women...my problem now is keeping them attracted. Let me be specific, I met this girl on an online dating service...really hot and she seemed into me. we talked and texted often and finally we went on our first date. I am positive I came off as nervous, and to top it off I didnt make a move, even thought she gave signs. Now she's being dry. I know I blew it, how can I feel confident around women again?

If you did it before, believe me dude, you can do it again, remember all the good times in your relationship and forget the bad ones, make a list what makes you a good person (that helped me A LOT) and then the only thing for you to do is to go out and meet women, you fail and you suceed.

Im going to do that, I think it has to do alot with the fact that i had not been really socializing while I was in my relationship. I guess it's just like anything else try, try, and keep trying....working on my list as we speak. Thanks
