I got a problem but i think it's a good idea to first tell you something about me.

I'm 16 years old, in the game for 3/4 year now i guess. I am, comparing myself to others of my age, quite successful with girls (although i'm still a virgin but yeah i'm young so i got no problems with that), but I have some issues I am still very much working on but I kinda lost the way.

1. I get intimidated by beauty. I kick serious ass (No bragging intended) when I'm with less pretty girls but when they start to get handsome (and start to become the girls I desire) I fuck it up.

2. Every time I get the feeling that a girl is in reach (of becoming my girlfriend or more sexual things) I loose my interest. It's not that I'm getting nervous or so but all of a sudden I start to see the bad aspects of her personality and (more important for me) body. I let go of her and of course she will loose her interest in me sometime after that. What usually happens about 2 weeks after that is that I'm feeling stupid again for quitting her.

These 2 problems are the most important ones holding me back from progressing in the game.
I sincerely hope someone could help me with these issues!

im 16, and used to have this problem.

You probably look at things and over analyse stuff, just relax and be yourself and act like you dont care, or well, like your normal self.

The way i solved it was just to have several chicks at once, you wont really care if one stops showing interest and everything will just feel more natural, you wont have to think about anything you do. Confidence in yourself will be added to this as well.
