whats up guys been studying pickup for exactly a year and havent had much success, i went out to a bar last night and had a hard time opening any sets even though i was pretty drunk, i just cant get over the approach anxiety and the social anxiety and the feeling that anything that comes out of my mouth might sound stupid, if anyone was ever in the same situation and has any tips for me that would be awesome thanks

Definately been there ,you have to RISK MAKING MISTAKES to get women and to learn.I opened about twelve sets last night and not one of them turned into a lay so unless your a stud youll just have to do the numbers and get rid of the need for every girl to like you or every girl to be available, youll soon realise that girls in clubs have sheilds up and wearing your heart on your sleeve and not wanting to cause a fuss or annoy these girls is pointless as the same thing that attracts one girl might send another girl reaching for the rape wistle. allow yourself to make mistakes in the beginning and laugh about it.Even if your mates laugh at your first approaches they will a few seconds later have more respect for you and your ability.

Social proof and pre-selection, set your self a challenge to make some females friends only. As just friends they are more likely to open up to you and join up with you on their next day out.

Having females as friends will get you more comfortable with females and make it a lot easier to opene others etc

I understand it is still hard to open girls and turn them into friends, however it is nowhere near as hard as just approaching by yourself with the aim to close them etc
