meditation helps you to concentrate and empties your mind. you can best meditate on places where you feel at ease.

i do meditate sometimes, but it makes me feel sleepy, which is not the best pickup condition :p.

ever heard of tai-chi? i do it sometimes. i never had tai-chi lessons or whatever so i do whatever it looks like i've seen on tv and in real.
w i do then is: i'm standing on 1 foot, and ity to balance. meanwhile i move my arms and put weight in front or in the back, i make indian-like moves and variate a lot. it's also proofed that balance exercices are good for your brains, as it improves a part for you brains which stand for balance and coordination, which in turn will improve your sport and read,... abilities

Some do, some don't. That's like asking 'do puas wear hats' - if they work for the PUA!

I meditate to improve focus and relieve stress. I either do breathing meditation where I empty my mind and just breathe in and out, visualisation meditation where I visualise life goals being achieved and the associated feelings, or mantra meditation where I breathe in on one word, out on another.

It helps me a lot.
