Now before I end up getting flamed off the webboard, here's a disclaimer: The name of this guy is Aleksey Vayner, and the vid is a faux-interview video he made back in 2006 for a job application to a well-known bank at the time. One of the recruiters had a ball with it and posted it to YouTube....the rest of course is history. The deal is, most of his resume was either exaggerated, misrepresented certain facts, could not be substantiated, or was just an out-right lie. Google his name and check Wikipedia for more info.
Okay, having said that, listen to the video in the context of hearing a motivational speaker. Granted, he probably lifted a lot of the material from other motivational gurus, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth listening to. Things like "always pushing past your comfort zone", "luck doesn't jump into your lap, success requires persistence and patience", "if you're going to work, then WORK, if you're going to play, then PLAY, but do it with passion", "commit to the sacrifices necessary to achieve your goals", "successful people think in very specific patterns, which helps then seize opportunities when they arise"....these are all great topics, and worth putting into an mp3 player and listening to every day.
