Well, inner game comes from experience. you build up a feeling that you know what you are doing. And you are correct since you have enough experience to have trained. So far it is difficult to tell the difference between experience and inner game. But when you progress, it will be easier. You start doing stuff that you have never done before and still feel confident, thats inner game.

BTW, this guy in the video didnt feel very confident based on his movements, voice and stuff. Obviously, if you dont have inner game, you dont think that it is important.

I thought about this as well.

"Inner game" certainly isn't shit, but I agree that studying Inner Game won't help; you have to actually put the knowledge into practice... which is true for most things.

I think inner game is etremely important. If you are not confident with yourself if you are sitting alone in your behind your PC, how the hell will you feel confident in the field ? You need to sort your inner game first before trying to go in field. Of course, your inner game won't get to the necessary level if you have no experience. But in order to start to get experience I think a decent inner game is necessary.
