whenever i go to a club or party, i either feel really pumped up and really confident (where i normally succeed) or i feel down and kinda sad/ depressed. it obviously depends on how my day was.

what do you guys do to pump yourselves up with limited resources before a club/party/sarge to get you feeling confident and ready to go, similar to the feeling when you're working out??

thanks

Gem,

I would recommend what David DeAngelo points out in his book. Take some time out of each day and begin to train your mind. Think of how you feel when you have this pump. Think about how you act when you have this pump. Then assign a body motion to it, like exhaling slowly or something. Then each day just picture the pump and do your body motion. Then slowly you'll be training your mind to feel a pump whenever you exhale slowly. So, eventually when you're in need of a pump outside of a club, all you'll have to do is trigger it.
