i guess there isn't really any best or ultimate one right... each one has its set of materials and inner game style.. its more like whose style is suitable for you..

In my experience, I did a lot of clearing my past.

Many people have unconscious trauma from the childhood- a trauma can be, a mother who left you alone, or something like that!

I did the timeline (NLP and systemic work) and gave back the negative things to my parents.

Sounds weired? But I feel better and free - learned to trust more and so on.

It is maby not the easiest thing- but effective.

try it out :)

A strong personality is so much more attractive than a faked one...
