But i need excersizes to help me talk over loud music/other people etc.
Such as in a party or club.
It would also be nice to learn how to make my voice less monotone and more crisp.

forget about competing with loud music in clubs. This is almost inpossible. You are always forced to shout or lean in someones ear.
The stylelife challenge has a lot of vocal excersises. I think you can also just google on vocal exercise. What really helped me out is buying a voice recorder and practice every day.
I gave up on this a while ago. I should really get back to it. I especially noticed getting more attention at work since I have a management function. Voice tonality and speech is extremely important for your alpha image and many other things!
