So today, I wrote down my core beliefs (or the beliefs that I want to have). It's very long and I'm hoping to instill every one of these beliefs inside of me. How can I use affirmations? I was thinking of printing it out, pasting it to my desk, and reading it over and over again outloud. And since it's on my desk, I'd always glance at it every single day until eventually it'll stick to my head?

Are there any better ways to do this? Or how can I use this strategy more effectively? I.e., read one belief outloud, close my eyes, imagine it, open my eyes, and continue with the next one? I just want to improve my inner-game! Thanks. :)

Well what I used to do is say them out loud to myself in the mirror, while making eye contact with myself. There was something about seeing yourself while saying them that makes them more effective. Cory Skyy did a good talk about affirmations, you might want to check it out.
