I HATE pictures of myself and whenever I look at them I feel like shit. Also another thing I realized is when I see pictures of other people with their mouths open like Koi fishes I also feel like shit too because I used to have that problem too.I lose a shitload of confidence I dont even know why. Shits pising me off! But the shits thats pissing me off the most is when im overcoming my recent inner game issues new ones come along. Has anyone had anything similar like this?

I kept worrieng about having to much gum above my teeth and stuff like that. But now that HB's are actually sticking their tongues in my throat, I guess, there OK about my pictures too haha.
Just relax, if u use the right mindset you will notice that even guys like George Clooney can look a little goofy. Point is, u don't really control what people like or dislike about your face. Perhaps some HB's just love Koi fish faces;-). It's not that relevant...
I also want to comment on what you wrote on overcoming inner game issues, and then developing new ones. It sucks I know. I've lost a lot of silly AFC insecureties, but now I'm dealing with jealousy and stuff like that. I'm getting more and more women in my life, but I still feel pissed if I think I don't get enough attention. Just keep learning and having fun, I try to see the new inner game issues as challenges. My love life is better then it could have ever been without PUA knowledge so...
happy sailin,
Bucc

There is an old NLP trick to test if you have a high self-image of yourself. Try to picture yourself in your mind's eye. If you can clearly make out your face in good detail, you have a high self-image. But if you can't picture your face at all or your face is blurry, then your self-image is low.
What helped me get over this was just spending some time looking in the mirror, being okay with what I saw, and piece by piece memorizing details about my face so I could slowly put them together in my mind to make a complete face. You'd be surprised how much your demeanor will change just by picturing yourself favorably in your head. Also I would do mirror affirmations, those helped a lot. Cory sky did a good program on those.

What do you suggest I do to raise my self esteem? Ive been through alot this year and I know that my self esteem is low but I dont know what exactly to do. I was never like this up until last year after I got cut from a team, lost all my friends, and was put down by other adults of how I was actin due to my depression and low self esteem. I need help. Im slowly moving back into my old self but I still need I think a good 3 months to be how I used to be. to my old self.
Thanks for the tips.
