I've just finished reading a book called No More Mr Nice Guy by Robert Glover. Awesome read. Anyone else here read it?

The book basically talks about why some men struggle with relationships and life in general due to internalized ideas and behaviours that were mainly forged in childhood. The idea that being a "nice guy" is not helpful at all to living a successful life and that it can actually have some pretty dark sides to it. The author gives really good advice on changing the behaviours and thought patterns that lead to fuck ups with women, realtionships, at work, and at home. There are also excerises throughout the book that have personally really helped me get to the bottom of the cause of quite a few problems. The book asks you to ask yourself some serious questions and then offers some helpful solutions.

Not all of the book will be relevant to everyone. Parts of it were irrelevant to me. But the sections on sex and relationships and the final chapter on getting what you want from life would be really helpful for a lot of guys on here I'm sure. It presents itself as a typical self-help book but I have found it to be great for working on inner game. Very motivating.

Check it out
