I've been being more outgoing and talking to more people but it seems like when I try and engage girls and neg that they just give me a quick answer and try and get out of the situation, and this one girl who I really feel like she flirts with me in class and always walks with me, yet when I text her we always act like we might hang out but she never calls. Should I be looking to see if I am doing something wrong or is this just how you start building confidence?
