This is a problem, and I have no idea how to fix it. I get into what I'm saying and it's almost like I trip over it. Any ideas?

I have same problem.
Try to figure out when you stutter and why.
If it is because your nervous, or because of your breathing, or because you can't build sentences.

Train on your breathing while talking, good way to do this is to read out loud to yourself, you will train on breathing and building up sentences. A really effective way.

If it is because your nervous, or shy, the only way to get over that is to dont give a fuck and get comfortable with what ever you do like there is nothing to hide.

Most people are just talkers, all they got is talk, but when all said is done it's the doers who change this world.

That sucks man. I found this online and one of the girls I am talking to is a speech pathologist I could ask her...

There are no instant miracle cures for stuttering. Therapy, electronic devices, and even drugs cannot help make it an overnight process. However, a specialist in stuttering can help not only children but also teenagers, young adults and even older adults make significant progress toward fluency. Try a program offered by someone who used to stutter and has successfully cured their own stutter. You can find many programs but not all of them work, especially the one's that claim to cure you in minutes!

1Mentally relax - you really are going to do fine. When you are worried that you are going to stutter, you are making it more likely that you will. Physically relax.

2. Free your spirit.

3. See a doctor or hypnotist to discuss the problem.

Get in the right frame of mind to go on and do what you have to do using tricks that might work to alleviate some of the nervousness.

4 Calm down during the speech. Never look at anyone during speech. Look over people's heads at a point in the back of the room.
5 Concentrate on thinking about talking to someone you are really comfortable around.
6 Take on the attitude of not caring what other people think of how you talk - it is their problem.
7 Practice your speech.
Stand in front of the mirror, and imagine the person in the mirror to be someone else. At that time, think that all you want to do is deliver your thought your way. And why worry? If people find you boring, it's their fault that they can't appreciate a person's way of speaking.
8 Give out a big smile. Smile, always.
9 Try to be serious but jokingly serious so that people don't feel alienated.
10 Learn to put some sort of rhythm to your words as that may help. It is proven that while singing people usually don't stutter.
11 Visit a speech therapist who specialize in stuttering.
12 Read books. Your charisma skills will be improved. Just read out loud. It's going to hard at first, but it will teach you how to breathe (one big problem most stutters have is when to breathe while reading or talking) and to practice how to recover from stuttering.
13 Try to gather your thoughts and words before you speak. When you do start to speak, speak slowly.
14 Stop being nervous. The real deal here is to stay calm, and let things flow. If you try to adjust to others, it simply won't work out. Make yourself feel comfortable, and you will see the results.
15 Visualize If you cannot imagine it, then it cannot be yours. Have a clear mental picture of what you want to say.
16 Breathe properly. Inhale and exhale. Learn to take pauses when speaking. There are plenty of fast talkers out there, but the goal is not to replicate their speaking. Your goal is to be able to express the words and be understood. Learn to speak in a moderate pace. There is no rush here, nor are there competitions on who can out talk the other person.

The only real way to fix stuttering is from seeing a speech therapist.

It's not really an enormous problem, and it doesn't happen all the time. It doesn't really change much about me because the only thing it does is make me take a long ass time to say shit. It doesn't change the intellect at which I choose to communicate; it's merely irritating.
