I bought a cool ring, but it only fits my pinky.

I don't know much about rings, so just to be sure: Is it considered gay or girly to wear a ring on your pinky?

Is it considered gay?

Come on mate nothing is actually gay unless your fucking a guy....then that is kinda gay!

Wearing a ring on your pinkie...if you want to do it then fucking do it! Dont care about social conditioning that says you shouldn't do this or that. If YOU like it thats all that matters.

I don't wear much jewelry, but the only guys I knew who wore pinky rings were sleazy salesmen. It doesn't sound like you bought that ring to wear on your pinky, that is just where it fits you. Take the ring back, you bought the wrong size.

Lets admit it - most of the times yes. But sometime not (jay z picture that was posted for instance). So question - can you pull something like this picture or not? Most likely not, but if you can than its cool. Just be honest with yourself.

It is gay all the time, now go tell that to all the mafia guys that wear pinky rings and see what they have to say about it.

But seriously, it sounds like you haven't learned the ring finger routine... Find it, learn it, and you'll know what wearing rings on different fingers says about you and others. It's one of my favorite DHV/comfort routines.

Well if its a womans weddingring your wearing then yea it looks gay and will do so nomather what finger it's on... If its a nice looking it wont matter what finger its on... Even less if you got other rings on the rest of your fingers :)

i'll tell you what is gay, fucking men (or wanting to)

do you fuck men? no? then you're not gay... Oh you do? then you're gay.
does fucking men make you less of an alpha male? fuck no whats more manly then fucking another man! (lol)

in essence nevermind what people say if it looks good on you and you can still be an ''alpha'' and you feel more confident etc then wear it bro you'll just be the guy they say
''no pinky rings are gay, except >>your name

If the ring takes away your confidence, then I'd advise you to stop wearing it. If you are all paranoid wearing it stop it immediately, if your confidence takes a hit it's not worth it. Wearing rings isn't gay but things are different from geographic region to geographic region, if the only folks in your area wearing rings are homosexual then that may be the message you are sending.

Confidence has more to do with it then anything else, you can wear anything with confidence. I've seen guys with plain white shirts in basketball shorts pick up girls, your confidence and body language have more to do with it then your apparel or accessories.

Hell I sport a purple plaid shirt(on occasion), and a girlie mickey mouse bracelet(always). I do not appear gay in any perspective when I walk around. My confidence and masculinity represent my heterosexuality. So my opinion is if it makes you uncomfortable then don't wear it, if it doesn't sport it and be you and be proud to show that individuality.

not trying to kick beat a dead horse here, but i have to say it's only gay if you think it's gay. my style of dress is very metro sexual, i like to dress well! does that make me gay? if you're confident in your sexuality, then people know you aren't gay even if you are the only straight man wearing a ring on his pinky.
