Same here. It's natural up here in the north. As your body gets cold, it constricts the blood vessels in your extremities to preserve core body temperature.

Solution? Dress warmly. Don't wear gloves, wear mittens (the kind that allows your fingers to touch inside). Don't shake hands when your hand is freezing, that is a subconscious DLV to the HB. Besides, you should be giving her a hug anyway.

You CAN use cold hands to your advantage with kino. Do the nerve-ending routine by running your cold palms over her (hopefully) warm forearm, barely grazing the skin. The sensation should send a chill down her spine

Yeah whenever you are cold get a girl to warm you up my friend it's the most logical solution to this cold situation.

I wouldnt stress too much about it. But like Roads says above its about your body temp - dress a bit warmer.

Girls of a similar build in similar weather who dont dress as warmly will also have cold hands.

There's also the saying - "Cold hands, warm heart". Corny but useable.

A family member of mine has low iron and was recommended niacin by thier pharmacist (same symptoms: cold hands). It will warm your body up for about a half hour or so. The only problem is that the more you take the less effective it is.
