wow I dont understand.... i have a semi deep voice. I cant talk its annoying. I can but when I talk Im either very low or they cant understand me because my voice is low or they cant understand me. It pisses me off because you can hear brits and Im puertorican but i was born in the usa so I dont have a accent i sound normal. I cant get pass it. when i talk to a girl they cant hear me because my words jumble up and soft but im talking normally!!! idk what to do. Everyone says that my rents sisters man.....

I've had the exact same problem, and I have three ugly words for you: Practice, practice and practice.
Start talking slower, make sure every word comes out of your mouth clearly and whole. It is harder to understand people who swallow their words. Then work on making your voice deeper, this takes a lot of time and concentration, but the more you work on it the faster you'll see results.
About accents you have two options, either go see a language therapist and waist a lot of money. Or you can accept yourself for who you are and start using any accent you have to your own advantage.

You just have to talk louder than normal. Don't yell but make sure its loud enough that your heard.

I agree at my high school theres this kid who is like 5'8 and hes sorta built but has the squeeky voice of a kid going through puberty and hes a senior so i feel bad for him but you can still understand him. Also I dont have a accent I guess its because my dad is strict and what he says goes in the house so im not used to talking very much....... I just cant used to talking and project confidence through my voice.

breath with your diaphram!!! through your stomach not your chest. Lots of people who have a high voice and stutter, speak through their chest, which causes air to come out in burst. Breath through your nose, it keeps your vocal cords strong and lubricated. Also you need to find a common sound that comes out between low and high. you just dont want to speak low or high you need to interchange between them depending on what you are talking about. By a vioce book or get a voice coach.
