"Getting big" - results?/experiences with girls.

Maybe this topic has been covered before? I assume it has but how do people with "big bodies"/ripped believe it has affected their life in regards to getting women?

I am currently going through the process of getting a more toned body with bigger muscles/arms. My question is how much does it improve your life around women?
On a scale of 10 for instance (10 being an easy, visible improvement, 0 being pointless)
I also assume it will improve your inner game which could potentially be more powerful than simply looking better.

Anyway - I just want your general thoughts.

Looks wise, it won't help much. Physical traits are just icing on the cake. The cake being your inner game and social skills of course.

It does give me a big energy boost though. After I work out, I always feel like a million bucks and have a spring in my step. Helps a lot to go to the bar afterwards in that state.

It's mostly psychological I think, but that doesn't mean there isn't a benefit. You get fit, you get your body looking good, you feel good about it, it makes you feel confident, it makes you feel like you look better (and you probably do), it makes you feel like a man, etc. etc.

The looks themselves don't matter that much to the girl, but they matter to you because we tend to focus on how we look, and if we feel self-conscious about it, it reflects in our body language, confidence, etc. For a lot of people it's easier to do something like hit a gym than to remove the bad thoughts and mindset just by thinking about it. That's my theory anyway

I actually find immediately after the gym I feel on top of the world - immensely confident - for whatever reason.

Yea it definitely helps your confidence, especially once you start seeing the results in the mirror, and feeling the results on the bench. Also after you lift theres more testosterone flowin and thats why you feel that way, and it directly affects your game. You are going to be more confident (feelin on top of the world kind of thing), and more likely to approach the women.

As a bonus, if you are ever at a beach/waterpark/pool party... having a ripped body never hurt anyone lol.

I would say about a 7.5 mostly for the self esteem rewards you can reap. I always try to keep tight abs and muscular arms usually just for my own sense of self worth. It doesn't always help when meeting girls to be fit and buff, but when you get them to the bedroom, rip your shirt off and lay them down you win some major points and she'll usually acknowledge your efforts.

Definitely recommended

It will help you a great deal in almost every area. I have been a personal trainer for years and went from being a skinny kid way back to weighing around 200lbs at 6 foot. I'm not huge, but I'm muscular. I went from getting almost no interest from females to getting girls coming up to me and making initial contact. Of course it makes you more confident too, it feels great to take your clothes off when you get in shape. SO, it helps inner and outer game. Anyone that says it doesn't matter is probably not in good shape. Females DO want an athletic guy, they will settle for less if you have game or other compensators. Much like we would settle for a female with small boobs/butt, etc, even though we would prefer bigger/firmer.

The point is: get in shape and stay in shape. Make working out a habit, and don't stop. Being in shape will only benefit you. You don't have to look like Arnold, just get tone/muscular and your life will improve! Good luck!
