Ok I haven't gotten to the point in my MM book about tribes and I'm kinda confused but I need an opinion if this field test of my peacock look succeeded. Don't have a digi cam yet but I'll describe.

So I goto due errands tonight (I figure this qualifies still as Day Game) but either way everyday I got out into the field purposely to develop my very low game fundamentals (EC, BL, Small openers/routines on retail people). So today I got some gear to peacock:
- Black Fedora Hat
- Neon Green/White Striped shirt
- Sport coat with sleeves cut off
- Small Onyx necklace
- Sunglasses (at night)
- Typical Jeans
- Brown leather shoes

Well, when I was out I certainly got attention and everywhere I went people were looking. Yes, I felt like a rock star but I did sense some AFC's laughing but I didn't care. In 30 minutes I already drew in one girl (Granted UG5).
So I guess my questions are:
What's the line of dressing like a rock star/peacock and just looking like a clown (Or is there no line?)?
Is peacocking only usefull for Night Game? Or does it have to be toned down for Day Game?

It all depends how comfortable you are. I walked around at the pool once wearing a women's bikini bottom and felt perfectly comfortable (do this only if you got REALLY big balls) and got lots of #s and even an f-close.
The secret is that as long as you look comfortable chicks will see it. Get insecure and you'll break at the first challenge.

Oh, and you might want to keep a single theme together, get a girl to help you if you don't have too much sense in fashion.

There is ALMOST no limit to how far you can push peacocking, but even mystery (the undisputed master of peacocking) will tell you that you can go overboard if it just doesn't look good on you (I refer to the first or second episode of the VH1 show, where the old guy broke the barrier). Now, as long as you can make it work with your personality type, then it can't go too far really, the only reason that guy went too far was because he was an old stuffy guy trying to look like a hip 19 year old gangsta. Like they all have said though, just make sure you can be comfortable in it, because if you feel uncomfortable, then you can't pull it off, but if you feel comfortable dressed up like a mime or a clown in a club (assuming they will let you in), then you can run good game looking like that.
