Really touchy girl hard to read

So there's this girl at my JC (HB 8.5) that I have known for about a year but never really hung out with. we are starting to have out but I am having a hard time reading here because she is really touchy feely already. Im not sure what to interpret as an IOI and what is just her natural personality. please any advice would be awesome

some girls are just naturally touchy-feely. You're gonna have to rely on the other IOI's (eye contact, laughing, mimicking body language, facing towards you, etc)
