Hey Guys,

I watched 2 old school Tom Cruise movies this weekend. "A few good men" and "Color of money". Dude... This man has awesome body language, if I were to ever model a person's body language it would have been Tom Cruise.

GO CHECK IT OUT!!!

In the book The Game, Style talks about his alpha male body language, one reason he looks like so confidence is that he almost doesn't do any gestures, here is a video ww w .youtube .c om /watch?v=wb0KYB3Z8Ws (Copy it without the spaces, I can't insert links yet)

I think as far as body language is concerned, the most important thing is to know how to read body language in women than to learn how to give off body language signals yourself.

Leo brings up a good point; reading body language is just as important as conveying proper body language. I think the most important body language is subconcious signals we give off in face-to-face interactions. THere are some very crucial rules to follow for general body language but the up close and personal stuff is much more important when it comes down to conveying sexual interest.

Body language is the cornerstone of flirting, flirting is the first step of dating, and so-on and so-forth.

BTW, those movies are both great and Tom Cruise is a great example of alpha body language.

I'm trying to be a professional actor, and this is one of the things i spent a lot of time studying.

What I've found is that stillness of the body, choosing a particular pose, and sticking with it gives a performer more presence on stage. The same is true in normal life as well; it conveys an inner confidence...even if it's just an act.

Ralph Fiennes is another one to watch for that stuff. Check out his inside the actors studio interview when he comes out and greets the audience. He does nothing but a simple (bend at the hip) bow; no movement.
