I went out to theperfumeshop and got myself a "Ben Sherman Live forever" gift set but i was wondering whether there are any other perfeumes that someone will recommend.



PS: To be honest i only got it because they were reduced from about £23 to £6.99. I couldn't walk away.

Best advise I can give on cologne for men.

Take a woman friend with you to a store. Let her pick out 3-5 different colognes that she likes....then try each one on you but put each different cologne on different places on your body like your wrist, neck, behind the ears, etc).

Let her smell and get her opinion when its on you. The cologne has to be on you to get a better reaction from the girl as it will mix with your body odor.

You can ask a girl at the cologne counter to help but keep in mind that she is in it for the sale so she might sell you the most expensive one and not the one that smells best on you.
