Hey everyone. I've been reading these forums for about.. 2 weeks? Anyway, I used to have a shitty posture (still do sometimes) and a weak voice. Well I started speaking in a stronger voice and fixed my body language. Yesterday was the first day of school and I made the entire class laugh in all 4 of my classes when I introduced myself.

I wasn't even trying to be funny. The "joke" just came out naturally, but I'm convinced that it was my body language/voice that made people laugh. I am NOT your typical classclown, but your typical shy guy who never spoke. Well those days are over, thanks to all the awesome advice on this forum.

Thanks guys. :]

By the way after making everyone laugh I saw a cute girl looking up at me and her eyes were GLEAMING. It felt so cool.

Well I took singing lessons a few months back and they taught me how to sing from your diaphram, but it also works for your talking. I suck at explaining things but trying laying down and placing a heavy book on your stomach. If you breathe your chest will probably rise. This means you're doing it wrong. Try to breathe and lift the book with your stomach, then try lifting it while "singing" a note or something. It doesn't matter if you can't sing cause you're going to use this for talking anyway. It takes some time to get used to.

Oh and another thing I did was not sound so monotone.

8) BODY LANGUAGE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ATTRACTION. ALL YOU REALLY NEED IS GOOD BODY LANGUAGE, AND CONFIDENCE..AND THE GIRLS WILL BE APPROACHING YOU!! QUALIFYING THEMSELVES TO YOU, BEFORE YOU EVEN OPEN YOURE MOUTH. 8)

Do you have a clip showing? Or can you please explain some more? A link that explains would be nice too. Do you mean that i should breathe with my stomach not with my chest? Please tell some more.

open to all responses/answers, ty:)

I'm with jsnw83. Girls and guys come to me and open me. Stand in a visible location with the sets you've attracted and always be smiling and have your posture and body language convey confidence and fun. I have girls on my arms and guys coming up to me introducing themselves trying to be part of the fun, girls come over and grab my shirt to see what is on it (this is their opener and attempt at kino) compliments rain down like I'm a celebrity. It's all in body language.
