Any you guys have any tips on combating sweating. There is nothing that tanks your confidence like checking your armpits to find big SPAM. I use anti-perspirant but find it has limited effects.
I'm not talking huge SPAM but they would be noticable when i lift my arms etc which can be tricky if you are dancing or trying to be animated. It can really increase your AA.
I wouldn't class myself as an overly sweaty person but I often have sweaty palms and find that my armpits don't just sweat when I'm talking to girls. For example they are kinda sweating now!

I have also heard that trimming your underarm hair helps. Any tips or brand of anti-perspirant which you would recomend?

Just bought some of that stuff off ebay. It isn't cheap! Let's hope it works!

If your problem is that severe. Shave your underarm hair which retains thr sweat. Doing this as well using deoderant will help.

Wear an undershirt. They are relatively cheap and if you use bleach when washing them you can pretty much keep them stain free. It acts as another layer, but it prevents the sweat stains for the most part. I like wearing the v-necks because I don't like the white collar underneath the original shirt. But you can also wear accented colors. If you are wearing a white polo with a navy symbol, wear a navy blue undershirt. This allows you to look somewhat fashionable. Also, if it gets really bad, you can put toilet paper underneath your pits when wearing a long sleeve or button up

Been using "Certain Dri" for a couple of weeks now and I can honestly say it is amazing! You only need to apply it every few days and now my arm pits are like Death Valley! It does contain lots of aluminum, however, which I am a bit wary of so I am trying to use it as little as possible.

Kudos to Stang.

You may need to get Botox injections near your sweat glands if it's really, really bad.

Don't ask me how much it costs, I don't know, but it works for about 4-6 months. As an added bonus, you don't need anti-prespirant!

Glad it worked for ya. I usually put the stuff on at night then use regular axe deodorant/anti-perspirant during the day (this stuff is good)

That's kind of what concerns me a bit... they say aluminum causes alzheimers... lol... Amazing all the chemicals we use in the name of "the game" hah

I also decided to trim my underarm hair with a beard trimmer. It has worked really well as well. I've only been wearing the certain-dri a few time recently as for some reason when I put it on my armpits itch like mad. It does work though.
