Alright this works unreal for me, so Im gonna pass it along to you guys and you can let me know what you think... before i go for a sarge (2-3 hours before is ideal) Ill hit the gym and workout like its going out of style... theres a few reasons I do this:

1) After you workout you feel bigger, this has huge implications for your inner game, body language, etc

2) I find that if I can exaust myself it literally forces my body to slow down to a point where I feel Im moving as slow as humanly possible, this in turn seems to affect my mannerisms and speech to match my BL movements which is UNREAL when it comes to sarging afterwards.

A couple of pointers: dont do this if youre not used to working out on a regular basis, when you first begin to train your muscles you will literally (not all ppl but some) shake from the strain on your muscles, this in turn does the exact opposite to your BL that youre trying to get. Also, dont be dumb, take a shower after (it seems dumb i know but i actually had one friend forget this part).
