So I have naturally sweaty palms. It isn't from being nervous or anything, it is just natural thing. Is there anything I can do to remedy this or am I stuck with this?

something like dry touch or one a powder athletes use to keep their hands dry could possibly work, i'd go with dry touch though as the powders are sort of visible haha

So my brother used to have the same problem. Its a condition called hyperhidrosis. Google it and go in and talk to a dermatologist about it. There are a lot of "solutions" most of which don't work, but the two most effective ways is monthly shots in your palms or a surgery. My brother had the surgery and they go in and snip the nerve which makes you produce excess palm sweat. Its a newish surgery, but it fixes the problem.

i would use foot powder but make sure you dont keep wiping it if it does get sweaty, it makes you look nervous almost like fidgeting

I'm no expert, but would antipersperant work? Aside from that, plan handshakes and wash your hands with soap before doing so. Really unfortunate condition, I feel for you. If it really bothers you, invest in the more permanent SPAM.

It's part of you, and you are awesome. Anyone that can't handle a little bit of palm sweat is not worth your time.

"eww, your hands are sweaty..."

"hahaha, gotcha bitch!"

:)

You are the way you are, don't change. Just change the way you think of yourself. You aren't weird or gross, you're just unique. Love yourself the way you are and be damn proud of YOU.
