Start with straight laser eyes.

Triangulate towards the mouth when you're going in for the kiss.

Looking a girl right in the eye from across the room or at a bar/party is GREAT for turning a girl on and showing confidence

you just have to make sure the girl is somewhat interested or it just becomes creepy to her so use good judgement on which girls to do it on.

That's creepy and shows lack of confidence. I say, close the distance at around 3 to 4 feet and then eye fuck. When the girl eyefucks you back, close the distance some more at around 2 to 3 feet. When the girl does not pull back to maintain her personal space, hold her hand and do some triangular gazing. When the girl mirrors your triangular gaze, kiss close.

Checking out girls from afar is an AFC thing to do.
