Hey guys, taking a weekend out so decided to have a scour on Netflix and came across this video which I thought was quite useful so I had to share.

It mainly focuses on body language, but also ways to put yourself in to a 'power state' its not just relevant to PU, but in all aspects of life - Enjoy :)
