1). Voice - follow the TReV formula: Tempo (slow, slower than normal)
Resonance (let the words resonate in your CHEST, not just in your throat - put a hand on your chest and when it vibrates, you got it)
Volume (be loud - not yelling, but talking loudly enough for the whole table to hear you - NO LEANING IN!)

2). Smile - don't be afraid that you are "giving off your alphaphness" - while really, everyone (every beta male) doesn't smile because he or she is defensive. You are confident enough to smile, because you know that you can take whatever worlds throws in your face.
PLUS, there is nothing better for good mood like having a constant James Bond like smirk on your face. BUT, don't overdo it - when there is something bad, sad, upsetting, whatever - don't smile. Make smile your "default" face expression - but don't forget to cry, frown, etc either.

3). Posture - imagine an invisible string in the back of your head. Pull yourself from time to time, standing completely straight every time.

4). Be relaxed - easy. Whenever you feel tense, breathe in - slowly and deeply - and imagine the warm, optimistic, relaxing air travel to your lungs and from there to every part of your body, relaxing you to the fullest and wiping out every tension.

That's it. Enjoy.

Carpe Diem.
