do subconscious IOIs (such as flipping the hair, biting the lip, etc) apply to just single women, or do girls with boyfriends and husbands do them too?

Some of these are subconscious IOIs: woman don't have control over them. If there is enough attraction even woman with boyfriends/husbands will give you these IOI.

I don't think it matters though. It's hard to distinguish them from single woman, if they don't have a ring or something like that.
