How to dress like a rock star?

I'm in a band and trying to improve my wardrobe on stage and off. I typically just wear slim-fit plain tees, dark jeans, and nice black shoes when I'm on stage but looking to upgrade to something that looks a little more interesting. I'm specifically looking for shirt ideas but all advice is welcome. Please don't say leather pants or assless chaps or something. Also looking for advice on accessories like necklaces, bracelets, etc. please link pictures if possible. Thanks.

Thinks you really must have: black leather jacket (must!) black boots (doc martins or biker boots), skinny jeans and band t shirts. Most important is that you express something, something that you like (a band), something political or something controversial (write words on black t shirts). If you do that and really don't give a fuck about the opinions of others, you got that rock star look.
