i'm a graphic design major, and one thing i learned early on back in art school was that red is the color that catches peoples eye first, theirs also all those feelings of love and all that kind of thing attached to that color, so i wear alot of red

I think it all depends on what goes good on you. I've been told that I look good in white by some girls, and in black by others. It all depends on personal taste and what looks good on the individual. Any of the "louder" colors (Lime green, Red, Yellow,...) will catch peoples attention

You want colors that make YOU look attract. If you're as white as a ghost and you wear all red then yes, the red clothes may look hot, but you wont.

it depends on who you are. if you are covered in acne or have lots of red in your face, the red will make you look weird.

it all depends on your skin tone

the question is flawed, ultimately we are talking about what clothes look best. In my opinion you either want something eyecatching and/or contrast.

One of my outfits consists of a black long-sleeve shirt with fine aqua pin stripes, light grey slacks, black belt with a funky buckle and black shoes with a croc leather appearance. This outfit highlights the swish black shoes which visually syncrhonise with the black shirt & belt.

Contrasts emphasises colors - dark top, light pants.

Alternatively wear a colorful shirt with black pants - another sweet effect.

Black on black gives me a heart attack - u will never see me in a black shirt and black pants.

That's one of my main problems. don't have a hard time to talking to anyone, but i get so red in the head. anoying -.-. have no acne or stuff like that which make my skin go red. know how i could avoid getting red without makeup?

You should wear a color that you feel comfortable in. If you have to question what you're wearing . . . then DON'T wear it!

Yes, colors do have several meanings
Here is a good site to check out if you want to know those meanings:

Hope this helps!
