What do you guys think about the Tennessee Tuck?
It's when your shirt is tucked in the front or just a little bit in the front exposing your belt, but not in the back.

Being that I live in "Tennessee" I'll tell you I personally don't like it. Either tuck it in or don't. It just looks sloppy. I know others on here will disagree with me, but I keep my shirt tucked in when I'm out. It just looks better!

It all depends on what you are wearing. I usually do it whith my Affliction T-shirts and Affliction belt (I dont exactly tuck the shirt in in the front, just tuck it behind the buckle) . It looks good when done with the right clothing. But I think it looks kinda awkward when you do it with a dress shirt.

I'm on the fence on this look, but I'm going to vote NO. To me, it looks
as though you are "trying" to get people to look at your belt buckle.

I'll admit, I try it every now and again, but instead of doing the tuck right
in the middle, I'll tuck it off center to give it a more accidental look.

The Tennessee tuck is a great rage to get on. The style is good and will be for some time to come. Girls love it and encourage it.

Okay, I get serious about my posts and decided to use this as an opinion question to some of the girls here at work. Why because I'm in the groove today, and I figured WTF. Pretty much all of them had the same response. After asking all 5 of them of ages ranging from 22-40. The answer is, No it doesn't look good. However, most agreed that younger people in their teens will do it anyways because it's the "fad." If you are a PUA in your teens then be different. We're the exception to the rule!

Perfect response. I'm going to try this too.

being college aged in a decent sized city i would say untucked when casual always and then tucked when formal. these rules apply unless youre one of those cowboy guys then you can pull it off

The secret to the "Tennessee Tuck" isn't a "tuck" at all! If you are wearing a regular belt, either go all in or all out...but on a BUCKLED belt, you can hook the front of your t-shirt (not so much for dress shirts, unless you are putting a t-shirt over it like Style is often seen doing) behind the buckle and the excess belt slack to the side. So you are not tucking anything in, but you have to make the buckle really stand out. I have 2 from Hot Topic that are very shiny and larger than usual. You don't have to have the PBR bull riding cowboy buckle, just a centerpiece to base your look around. And yes I am from Tennessee. Happy hunting comrades. :D

No, it looks you're a lazy scrote who can't be arsed to tuck his shirt in fully.

Either have it tucked in fully, or not at all.

I didn't know it had a name! People used to do that over here years and years ago, it looks silly in my opinion and the way the trend hasn't stuck I imagine I'm not the only one who thinks so.

Ok, you want a girls opinion?

:!: NO!!! :!:

The same goes for baggy pants. I just want to grab them and yank them down in front of everyone (and not in a good way either. lol  )!
