I'll check it out.
One thing I would like to hear about in your videos is how you developed into the comfort you have now, your story. Were you like that as a kid? Or were you not like that and had to work at it? And so on?
I'm always interested to hear how people who are comfortable in their own skin got that way since it's a challenge so many people face.
We all have comfort in our own skin in some part of our life, the trick is to learn to transfer that comfort to all aspects of your life. We all have confidence in something we do.
I had very little confidence from about middle school until 22 in which case I had some but not an impressive amount. I still had my moments of comfort with myself but not in the area of women. I had to realize my own brilliance and worth mentally, and though my body language was already decent I gained a lot of presence when I realized the behaviors I needed to dis-include and add in more with consistency.
I probably wasn't as anxious as most people and I've always had some charisma but I certainly worked on myself to get myself better. I had to change my body language and mindset, understand my brilliance and believe in it. We all have some it's up to you to witness and believe in your own brilliance.
It took a minute to gain my core confidence(which is even more recent) but I have gained a core confidence finally (knowing what you want and having the belief and action involved in getting it). My comfort in my own skin is a product of all of my assurance in myself, my words, my studies, and my experiences. It didn't happen over night, and I'm always happy to give people some tips on gaining confidence but by no means am I an inner game expert.
I've tried many things but the things I recommend the most: Consciously changing to positive thoughts. Meditation. Working out. Conscious body language change (if needed). Realizing your Self Love and Self Assurance. Defining and a daily reminding of your Life Purpose, life goals, and the steps you must follow to get there. A Nightly NLP exercise where you see the person you want to become and you walking into that person so you realize you are him now (more complicated but yeah).
Confidence takes discipline and commitment if you don't already have it. Just like many others I had it and it was gone and back again. Right now it's as strong as it has ever been but more importantly it's as stable as it's ever been(even when it was at a slight stupor I was getting numbers).
I'll figure something out and write something up, it could be a fun, a journey to confidence or something of that nature. Don't expect it up right away, going to brain storm it up but I think it will be fun.
I'm not sure exactly what you want to know though.
