Anyone had an experience with pheremone sprays?

I've read quite a few articles about colognes that apparently really arouse woman due to natural pheremones and such, but they're pretty pricey ( can be £70 just for a small bottle) and I can't help but think they're just a crappy make money fast scheme.
Has any body had any experience with these colognes? Would be great to know if they work.
I usually wear JOOP Homme, which I've always had good compliments on from girls, but a male colleague smelt it not long ago and made a remark about wearing it 10 years ago which put me down a bit...

dude if you've got money to spare it might get you 1% more women, but I'd recommend spending that money on some nice clothes and taxi rides home with the girls. If you use it, girls aren't all of a sudden gonna be jumping on you. It's mainly a marketing ploy, good cologne will serve you far better.

i hate to tell you this but its junk i ve used pheromone spray, wipes, even hair gel and guess what it did??? NOTHING

i did an experiment 2 different sarging sessions over a weekend, to keep a level playing field i had a similar hair style look and clothing however 1 day i had a good cologne (no pheromones), and second day pheromones hair gel pheromone wipes and pheromone spray..... guess what day i did better???

I never really bought into it too much, looks way over hyped. Think I'll just stick with what I've got, always worked for me. If it aint broke, don't fix it. :)

I'm no PUA yet. I just got into this game after a 5 year long relationship that was all of high school and up until now (my junior year in college). That being said. I am a neuroscience major so I know a fair amount about this kind of thing. Pheramones DONT WORK AT ALL on humans. In fact, its almost certainly true that humans don't respond to pheromones what so ever. So don't waste your money on literally worthless hype.

I met one person that was wearing pheromones. Smelt like he ran 5 miles, rubbed his balls and then wiped it on his neck.

This is true. There's no evidence to suggest pheromones works, as they do with other animals.

Pheromones most likely don't work. Take it from a biological point of view. All animals that use pheromones are only available for mating for a limited time. It would be too big of a risk for animals to get pregnant in the cold winter, because they could freeze to death, not enough food for the youngs etc...

Humans however, fornicate whenever they feel like it, forget about the long term results of such actions and help eachother when a women is pregnant.

Some animals use pheromones for other stuff besides mating as well but that's a different story.
