I was wondering if you guys have any good recommendation for movies to watch for body language. so far i watch movies like 300, oceans, and swingers. i'm also planning to watch movies like 007 and top gun. if you guys know any more just leave a post thanks.

V for Vendetta is kinda nice to watch since V has these calm an controlled moves (at least when he is not slaughtering ppl.)

Anything with Brad Pit, George Clooney, Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan and Tom Cruise. I personally like modeling after Milo Ventimiglia, Peter in Heroes. I can tell that he's going to be a big hit in Hollywood.
I'd also recommend watching Maroon 5 lead singer, especially in their new clip "makes me wonder".

Check out 'Rebel without a cause' - James Dean. Not a rebelious attitude, more kool & smooth. But smooth just came naturaly to him. The thing that was so kool about him it's that he wasn't affraid to be himself. In the end that's what confidence IS!!! He was confident enough to jus' roll with it. The gang leader takes kindly to Dean 'cos he can see he's not like the rest of the sheep, jus' following the crowd. In essence this makes him stand out from the rest because he IS himself... AND he is mighty smooth.

But a good mix with this i find is 'The Breakfast Club.' Check out the juvenile delinquent dude. He may be a bit crude at times but he really gives the impresion that he just Doesn't Give A Damn. (even tho' this probably couldn't be further from the truth) He's in his own little word. He is confident enough t' do what ever he wants without caring what others may think. And thanks to this he usually finds himself in control of the situation anyway. If you watch the movie you actually notice that the other Kids end up trying harder to act like him & impress him. On top of this he has some pretty kool moves of his own. Check it out. I have even used the "Elephantitis Of The Nuts" as an opener before. Ahahahaha
