First, I would suggest finding the category of scent you like the most and go from there. You can have something blue, green, floral, or citrus.

Then, you should look at the more popular colognes being recommended and the ones that women seem to love and kick it up a notch. CK One driving girls wild? Find a more mature and sophisticated version of it using similar notes.....then you have your signature. You can do this by checking out www.basenotes.com

"Paco Rabonne - One Million" has gotten me alot of good responses from women. Highly recommend it.

"The One" by Dolce & Gabbana is another fav, always works quite well.

Mmm I just bought Acqua Di Gio and it seems that the smell is quite mild for me.
Or at least I can't smell it on my body, unlike Cool Water which I could always smell from my body.I am not sure if my friends could smell it either.

Try Zara Sports...it's not expensive and it smells really nice!

I never wear Paco Robanne. I got it as a gift, but I feel like every single guy wears it, and frankly, I'm not a fan of the smell.

Armani Code used to be my go-to scent during my University years, but Dolce and Gabbana - The One has taken over. Best cologne I've come across

Hey guys, new to the forum and saw this Subject and I HAD to write something. I WAS a pretty good PUA (now in a long-term with a 1 YO girl) and I'm not 100% sure if they were mentioned, but two FANTASTIC colognes that I've used that have almost gotten me raped were Swiss Army Classic (cheap as hell, you can get it at Wal-Mart for like 20$) and Emporio Armani Him (around 85-100$). I still use Jean Paul Gaulthier Le Male and Davidoff Cool Water....but I've got the Swiss and the Emporio kickin around on the dresser too. A few guys have said that it's good to switch it up...that's DEFINATELY true. Women notice that and it increases their curiosity with you as they can sense that you may not only have a sense of style but you know what smells good on YOU. That's the other thing as well, scents work for different people. Hope the two that I mentioned work for some of you guys...Ciao!

I use to think wearing a cologne was gay. My mind was closed to a lot of things. One day, I used some of my sister's hair gel that smelled really nice since it was there and my hair was all crazy looking. Go to school and random girls kept coming up, closing their eyes and smelling me with a big smile on their face.

If you guys aren't already convinced to use colognes, you really should and you should take the advices of all the guys here as well as smelling it at sephora's and department stores.

I like simple clean smells. Really, all I use now is a very tiny amount of Creed Irish Tweed most days or Vetiver and Silver Mountain. The real stuff, not the one's you can buy for "half the price". A friend of mine bought one of those off Amazon.com and it does not smell anything like mine. Half the price for a fake is a bad deal. Might as well just get real Cool Waters for less. Cool Waters smelled more like my bottle of Creed Irish Tweed than my friends bottle of "Creed Irish Tweed" he bought off Amazon.

Hugo Boss Bottled Night, Smells great and good for the night especially on the clubs and it even last long.. This is the one that i recommend for those who like to party and sarges on the clubs.

You can also go to perfume shop/store and try the tester, let me know what you think.

let's have 'em boys! what are your scents, or which ones do you think are most effective in terms of attracting the female persuasion?

i heard gucci envy is good, but then i realized there's gucci envy, gucci envy me, and gucci envy me 2 lol. which one would you guys recommend?
Paco Robanne's "1 Million" (Comes in a gold brick which looks sick as a piece in my room), Givenchy's "Play" (not even expensive, but women LOVE it.), and of course, Hugo Boss, the ultimate scent for any dude in my opinion. I've used the colognes for as long as i can remember and have even been told i "smell like a god!" :P
