We always give him shit about it and tease him but he doesnt care - and surprisingly enough he does get the attention and he does get girls.

Which leads me to conclude that sometimes its just up to personal taste?

Sounds like this situation has nothing to do with your clothes or look.

As Rye noted, back away from her and be around other women in her presence. Don't ignore her. When you ARE around her tease her relentlessly. "I really like your hair today. Yeah. It makes your head look normal"...straight face sincere. Sounds like you have lots of comfort with her, so you can really push it. You can get away with a lot because she will know you are joking. Keep the straight face though. Relentless C+F validated with jealousy can have some power. Project that you are the selector. YOU categorize her as a friend to turn the tables. Dont let her take that frame and place you there by making comments like she does. Beat her to the punch and fry her circuits. She is YOUR little sister. If this works and you think you have rebuilt some attraction, then start the normal BF destroyer stuff. No kino till you know she is into you.

You can do this all in the context of just going off and sarging other women. You can also, in the back of your mind, tell yourself that the relentless C+F and teasing you are doing on her on the side is just practice. Safe practice because you are alredy in the friend zone. You have nothing to lose so you can push the envelope.
