I think it helps when talking to girls that are younger, to mirror their language and not seem like an outsider. When used normally I've used it with great success.
As a random example: Bitchin' used to be a 80s and 90s term heard everywhere. Not so much anymore, but I still use it.
A couple of current examples of "Hip" language:
"Right?" or "I Know Right?" or "ikr?"
HB: Dude I hate it when guys get clingy
PUA: Oh god I know right? I can't stand it when I'm at work and my phone gets blown up!
"I mean"
HB: Ummm ure really hot
PUA: I mean . . . I find you pretty attractive too
Another example:
HB: You're so funny!
PUA: I mean I guess haha
"Dork" and "Nerd."
Very popular in text.
HB: omg haha I'm just home watching netflix
PUA: Jeez ya lil nerd, all alone? Dork! :p
"Really?"
HB: haha I mean I want to have doors held for me if I just met a guy
PUA: Really dude? Really? Haha that's asking too much from me ya lil dork!
Example to be careful with:
"Totes," short for "Totally"
HB: Sends a hot picture
PUA: Dude you're totes adorbs! :p
Why careful? Because "totes" is very obviously childish and should only be used as a joke because you're a man's man, and don't normally talk like that. For that purpose I also used "Gangster" because I appear very straight edge.
HB: Haha you're bad!
PUA: Yeah dude, I'm like so gangster and like, stuff and things! :p
Just a few examples. Curious if anyone else has anything else to share
