As for muscle mass and whatnot, I've found that anything to do with shoulders usually helps.

my point is always use good body launguadge and you should be fine just dont over do it. if you see arnold swartsnigger or however u spell his name walk towords you slowely and smoothly and hes smiling you dont feel intimidated
as soon as it starts to look unhealthy and like ure using steroids stop and leave your body to get slightly less muscley and keep it at that level
