Please, any feedback would be great.

You need to include all food groups into your nutritional plan. Don't starve yourself (Starving yourself messes with your metabolism), it won't help you lose weight faster...it might even stunt your progress! Just eat healthy and portion correctly. Include healthy SPAM, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta. Healthy proteins Leans meats(97% lean), Tilapia, chicken breast without the skin, eggs. Healthy fats, and fruits and vegetables. Also exercise at least an hour a day include cardio and train with weights for the best results.
